产品工艺：该产品石墨为原材料，沥青为粘结剂；采用热挤压成型工艺，经高温焙烧电镀而成。
产品用途：该产品系列广泛用于造船工业、锅炉压力容器制造、铸造、钢铁行业、蓄电池生产轻工机械、化工机械的制造等。
产品性能：该产品系列可作切割、铲刨、打孔、清除“烧冒口”焊修补用。除了能对低碳钢、铸钢进行刨削以外，还能对不锈钢、纯钢和其它金属进行刨削。
产品优点：该产品使用具有操作简便，适用性强，工艺效果良好，价格低廉等优点。
使用说明：
1、碳棒必须保持干燥，受潮须经烘干方能使用。
2、用于直流电源时碳棒接电源正极，工作接负极。
3、压缩空气压力保持0.5-1.6MPa.
4、碳棒与工件之间的弧距约3mm，碳棒露出夹具约为100mm.
5、碳棒与工件成45°夹角，并沿切线（或直线）方向刨削。
6、碳棒使用时必须通风良好。按工作电流操作。
