( 1) Test Condition 测试条件
Temperature 温度:25±2℃
Relative humidity 相对湿度:45%~75%
Atmospheric pressure 大气压力:86kPa~106kPa
(2) Test Items 测试内容
2.1 0.2C Capacity Testing( ( 0.2C 放电容量)
Discharge with 0.2C at (25℃±2℃) down to End of discharge voltage, rest of 30 minutes, then charge
at 0.2C/Standard charge voltage( CC/CV mode) until I≤0.01C. After rest of 30 minutes, discharge at
0.2C down to End of discharge voltage.
Criteria: the discharge Capacity ≥13100mAh.
以 0.2C 放电至放电截止电压,然后静置 30 分钟,以 0.2C/标准充电电压(恒流恒压模式)直至充
电电流≤0.01C 。静置 30 分钟后,以 0.2C 放电至放电截止电压。
标准:放电容量≥13100mAh。
2.2 Internal Resistance Testing( 内阻值测定)
Using a AC 1KHZ meter whose precision must be less than 0.5%, detect the resistance between the
battery ’s positive and negative terminals. The result value can not include any external conductor ’s
resistance.
Criteria: The internal resistance≤180mΩ.
使用 AC 1KHz 检测方法及准确度不低于 0.5 级的仪表,测量电池接口处正负极之间的内阻值,
若检测仪表在检测过程中使用附加的电池固定夹具和引线,可以视情况减去固定引线的电阻值。
标准: 电池内阻值≤180mΩ。
2.3 Battery pack cycle life test ( 电池组循环寿命测定)
Charge the cell with 0.5C at (25±2)℃ until the cell ’s voltage up to 12.6V±0.225V, then charge under this constant voltage until I≤0.02C. Rest of 0.5h~1h. Then discharge the cell at 0.5C until it ’s voltage
drops to End of discharge voltage. Rest of 0.5h~1h. Then begin with next cycle.
Criteria: Cycle life must ≥500cycles. Retention capacity ≥70% of the initial.
在(25±2)℃的条件下,以 0.5C 恒流充电,当电池端电压达到 12.6V±0.225V 时,改为恒电压充电,直 到充电电流≤0.02C ,停止充电,搁置 0.5h~1h ,然后以 0.5C 电流恒流放电至放电截止电压。放电结 束后,搁置 0.5h~1h ,再进行下一个充放电循环。
标准:循环寿命≥500 次,剩余容量≥70%初始容量。
